Garanimals

Garanimals. Sqeauky adorable or smile-and-bear-it weird looking? They sound like Gaara - nimals, so I checked out the sight. They have some pretty cool fourth of July activities. I'll try the shirt idea, just with, er, a better picture. The games were kinda sad. Then again, seeing as they were designed for younger audiences, I'll hold my tongue. Lhe gahns weir kihdah shad.

I'm reading about stuff relating to Gaara/Naruto. Sand is really interesting. I'm reading it from a child non-fiction book (whole lot easier then adult non-fiction) A lot of things can make sands, including gems like Garnet, Quartz, and Olivine. These produce the colors red, off-white/tan, and green respectively. The white white (doubled on purpose) sand is usually made of coral and rock, black sand from cooling, crushed lava. Sand also helps to make cement. Let's see what else. *actually opens the book* Sand helps sorta like kitty litter in the winter. Used with sandblasting to clean bricks/stone. Prevent river floods, as ballast, and is, of course, used in sand paper... You can also make sand castles...

VeggieTales

First off: I have not slept at all. So I'm not to blame for what I type, ne?

VeggieTales has a tomato as one its main characters. So a tomato is a veggie? I'm so confused about a tomato. I guess it's back to being a transvegetable for me. VeggieTales is so awesome. It is way cooler then that new Veggie Monster over on Sesame Str. Seriously! The Cookie monster enjoyed himself a nice COOKIE or two. Even then, he just got the cookies all over the place. Like a few crumbs got stuck to his mouth.

In the VeggieTales episode, they are showing a story dealing with cowboys, the bandits have this pull along horse thing. It's so cute.

My cat was bathing herself, so I started ranting to her. Mainly about how she is so felxible and could probable lick her elbow. I told her that that was alright because I had opposable thumbs!!! I then proceeded to wave my thumb violently in front of my sleepy Pancake's face. I feel for her, since she has to deal with me.

I really need some sleep.

Kitties

I got two adorable kitties. Both are from the same litter, but look very different. One, the girl, is name Pancake. Why Pancake? Well, my brother told me that she looked like a fat pancake. So it stuck and her name is Pancake. The other, the boy, was harder to name. I thought and thought and thought. Finally I came up with Fugley. (It's pronounced foo-glee). They are so cute.  (I am so going to become a cat lady. ;.; )

Nothing In Particular

 I have been quite idle.

I just read through the entire Bartimaeus Trilogy. That being my second time, I kind of expected some things. Still, I think Stroud wrote a good ending, even if I did cry a bit. My favorite character is Bartimaeus. Following him is Nathaniel, Ptolemy, Kitty, than Farqual. Bartimaeus has the most awesome thought process known to anything, and I love it. Nathaniel is kind of mean and snobby in, well, all the books. In the first and third books, though, he stops being so stuck-up and up-tight. Ptolemy is cool because of his love for peace, and his energy put towards a better future relationships between djinn and humans. The canon pairing would have to be Nathaniel and Bartimeaus. The books give off the slashiest vibes. Seriously. Anyhow, you should read them. I guess you could also see Nat/Kit, ot Bart/Kit. Me? I prefer Nat/Bart.

Also, Albert Einstein would have to be my favorite scientist. He played a violin when he was youger, and met his wife at a German Jewish orphan shelter. his most famous equation is E=MC^2, which translates into 'energy equals mass times the speed of light squared.' Einstein also had problems with his heart, but lived to be 76. I watched a movie on him. ^.^ Another thing learned from that movie is that pure light is all the colors in the color spectrum are put together. Hm.

There have been some pretty weird movies out there. On a recommendation from a fanfiction author, I rented the movie Death Bed: The Bed That Eats. Well, the author didn't really recommend it so much as they told us never to watch it. Ever. So I went ahead and watched it with my mother. We laughed many times during this epic horror movie. Which was made in 1977, so you kinda had to pity it. Another movie my told me about was The Birds. In this movie, birds go crazy and attacked people. Some gored the people, others just made a series of events happen that made like a huge explosion happen. Scary birds. My mom also told me of soylent green. Haven't watched it yet.

Is ugh a word? Let's see. Ah, Wikipedia says yes. Don't you just have to love Wikipedia?

I was just reading indepth about the man in the iron mask. He was described as very docile and cooperative. I never read any story or theory on him, but he does seem mysterious, no? His given name was "Eustache Dauger", but that was only in a written letter from a prison guard to Louis XIV's minister. Even then, the name was in a different hand writting, so no one knows his real name. Oh, and he probably didn't wear a mask of iron (very heavy), but rather black velvet. Neat. (Pinerolo is the town that first held The Man in the Iron Mask)

I've been lazing about, Really just doing nothing. I have a dentist's apointment tomorrow. Yeah? I can't spell tomorrow. I always want to give it more than one m, than I know that there is either one m, one r. Then I just look it up online.

 Irony is a funny thing.

I am reading all the Sherlock Holmes books. So far I've read 'A Study In Scarlet' and 'The Sign of Four.' I've been reading 'The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes.' They are auctually not to boring and teach a lot of weird stuff. Did you know that Sherlock Holmes used cocaine? I didn't. Hm.

Currently I am listening to D.N.Angel. Yep. Listening. I'm really multitasking, and whenever I hear a good, non-Harada, not to sappy part, I'll watch some of it. Seriuosly, twins? I could rant, but then I would hurt my hands on uneccessary people. Oh! I just heard the part where Niwa is voted in as Freedert. Ha! Oh, and by the way, I listen to the Japanese speaking - I really can't stand English Niwa - and I just watch it when I here the correct intonations and exclamations~

Daisuke's class has so many yaoi fangirls...~

Lately I've been reading a lot of Naruto time travel stories. So far I've loved all the ones I've read. There are some that I simply won't read because of a pairing or the time travel situation. I like the stories where Naruto goes back, becomes oh so powerful, and then aquires a hefty harem, leaving the other boys to become women, or to search elsewhere for kunouchi tail. Ain't that lovely?

I was sick on Thursday. I felt horrible.

Even though i had already seen the DNAngel series via the tv, i decided to read the manga. It was much, much better. Hiwatari-kun is so yaoi~ I said that only about twenty times while reading the series. Sometimes you gotta wonder and let you mind wander. My favorite character was Daisuke, followed by Second Hand of Time, than Freedert, than With. With is the weird (in the best way possible - I love With!) bunny thing that is Dark's wings. After With, I follow it up with Dark, Satoshi, Krad, Saehara Risa, Riku, and than... anyone else. Daisuke's family goes with him. On to pairings~ I'm not much into pairings with Riku or Risa in them... depends on how their character is written. In one fanfiction Risa helped save Daisuke's relationship. In a different one, Risa kinda killed Daisuke. Hm. Big differences.

I love the pairing of Krad/Daisuke. In any way. Wether angst, love, or even out of boredom, I love all interactions between them. I have a thing with pairings dealing with the most innocent and the most corrupt. It is such a beautiful balance. On the other hand, I can read Krad/Dark, but I prefer Sato/Dai. Kinda weird? You be the judge. Wait. Who are you to judge me?

I auctually wrote someting today. It felt nice. Maybe I'll post it later? It'll probably be put up on my fanfiction.net account first. Hmm.

I messed around with the LJ cut option, the one to shorten your entries and stuff. I was succesful. Now I can post stories~ (you shall regret this day~)

Lots of Love

Warmth

I love being warm. Winter time can be pretty with all its frost and snow, but it's so cold! Then all the snow melts and becomes dirty mush and you slug through it. I just don't like the cold. My showers are always hot. Piping (!) hot. Sometimes I feel faint and I have to lean on the wall. Kinda weird.

Life goes on.

I watched all the DC OVAs. They were all funny.

I really started writing a Detective Conan story. Yeah! Now I just have to finish it. Maybe draw some sketches. It's a cutesy fic about the Junior Detective League and their first grade class being in a play. The play is The Frog Prince. I tried my best to keep the characters in character, so the roles are pretty weird. Heh. Here's a cool tale : http://www.surlalunefairytales.com/frogking/stories/wellworld.html : I hope to throw some stuff in there that doesn't relate to the original story. Yeah for Xovers.

Babies

I went to a bridal shower on Saturday. Half-way through my nose started getting stuffed up and I got to know the tissue box. The rest of the time I was just feeling horrible. I stayed until the cake was served, scarfed down two pieces, than left. What joy the party was. It was for a boy baby. I think babies are creepy. No offense to any babies out there, but a newborn baby is just like a doll. You just dress them up in embarassing clothes and feed them mush. And dolls don't cause as much misery.

After I got home at five or so I took some Nyquil and was out til ten the next morning. Thank you Nyquil!

I'm watching all the Detective Conan movies that include Kaitou Kid or Hattori Heiji. All of them include Conan, so I don't have to check for that. I am watching them all online, and all of them are subs. I can't stand names like 'Harley', 'Jimmy', or 'Anita Hailey' They're okay with people outside of the DC universe, but I can't stand Shinichi being called Jimmy. His name is Shinichi. I wonder if Heiji could have been called Harold. Or Hank. They start with H.

I've watched The Last Wizard of The Century at detectiveconan.us. It's the third movie and, surprisingly, has more scenes between Heiji and Conan than Kaitou and Conan. Sure, the movie ends with Kaitou dressing up as Shinchi than leaving. That doesn't mean they 'bonded'. I really like it when Kaitou Kid just out and screamed, "Ladies and Gentleman!" The way he did it was just funny. Ayumi was so cute at the beginning! I love her like a little sister.

I started reading Love Hina. It doesn't really interest me. Kinda stereotypical. I mean, come on. Keitaro waltzes right into an all girls dorm. Keitaro meets with each girl in a perverted, ecchi way. Keitaro is accepted into the all girls dorm. Harem. Eh. I rather read something else. Maybe I'll start reading FLCL or Eureka Seven. I could read something...

I really want to get a pet rock. I know people say to just go outside and find a rock, but I want one that is 'unique.' And I don't live near any rocks that are cool enough. Eh. I was asking the librarian wether I could give her a book in exchange for the same copy. I've read Bloody Jack three times, and I really love the copy at the library. It's full of memories. The librarian said no. She said to go buy it at Barnes & Noble.

I've been going through all the Detective Conan Communities on FF.net. There's like three or four for KaiCon/Shin. Cool. Probably lots of repeated fics. Eh, I'll still go through them. I've also started the 'Detective Conan' playlist for my YouTube account. My YouTube account is ShippoPwnz . I wonder who I was thinking of when I made it?

I was being stupid again. Come on! Yu-Gi-Oh has one. Naruto has one. Why wouldn't I think of Case Closed Abridged? I guess I just wanted to read some fanfiction. The abridged is so far good. Shinichi's a womanizer.

I'm watching Family Guy right now. It's the episode where Lois and Peter are trying to conceive a baby and Stewie tries stopping them. Not really paying attention. Stewie wears lipstick. He's cuter without the lipstick. Scrubs was on earlier.

I think I'll start quote a post. You know. I have a quote for every post I write. What will this post's quote be?

Lately I've been maniac obsessed with Detective Conan. After reading http://clover-magic.livejournal.com/3295.html, I decided to watch the movie (The Magician of the Silver Sky). I searched all over the internet, til finally I found the movie online. If you want the link, it's : http://vids.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=vids.individual&VideoID=32810194 : then just follow up the rest of them. There's like 4 parts of it. Oh. I can totally see the KidShin, or KidCon. They're such a cute couple. That's why I've been searching for their stories. If you have any stories, or fanart relating to that, please tell me about it! I also would like Heiji/Conan/Shinichi. I love yaoi.

The movie kinda made fun of Kogoro (what doesn't?) & yet again Ran is helpless. I didn't even watch the movie after Kaitou left and Ran started talking with 'Shinichi'. One of my favorite lines was when Shinjo (Kaitou in disguise) asked Ran for her bust, hip, and waist sizes. So not cool, but still funny.  Oh, and by the way, this is the first time I've heard any of their voices. I haven't even heard their English voices. Talking about English counterparts, I recently learned of Heiji's Canadian name. Hartley. Hartwell. I couldn't stop laughing for awhile, but now I'm cool with it.

Eh. I have to go to sleep. Night night.

EDIT: Wow. Flight 685 is the flight Conan is on, but I guess its a place. Hm.
